About the Role

Join our large, supportive and well-established Occupational Therapy team within Country Health Connect, delivering high-quality services across the Limestone Coast.

We are seeking both experienced Occupational Therapists and new graduates to join our candidate pool. Opportunities may arise across a broad range of clinical areas including acute care, subacute, aged care, paediatrics, rehabilitation, disability, outreach and community services. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, rehabilitation and health promotion services that support clients to achieve greater independence, improve functional outcomes and enhance quality of life. With opportunities to rotate across clinical settings, receive structured clinical supervision and develop specialist interests, this role offers an excellent foundation for career progression in rural generalist practice.

About You

You are a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver person-centred care across diverse clinical settings. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a new graduate looking to build your career, you are committed to continuous learning, professional development and improving health outcomes for regional communities.

To be successful, you will have:

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and eligibility for registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based and client-centred care.
• A current South Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the Limestone Coast region.
• Experience in a range of clinical settings is desirable for AHP2 positions, while new graduates are encouraged to apply for AHP1 opportunities.

Country Health Connect provides integrated community and allied health services across the Limestone Coast. Occupational Therapists deliver services across inpatient, outpatient, community, rehabilitation, aged care, paediatric and disability programs throughout Mount Gambier, Bordertown, Kingston, Lucindale, Millicent, Naracoorte and Penola.

Appointment will be subject to:

• A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
• DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current driver's licence.
• Immunisation Risk Category A.
• Compliance with SA Health's Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy
