Overview

Are you an organised, personable and motivated individual looking to join a supportive team in a vital healthcare environment? Keith and District Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to provide professional reception and clerical support in a key front-line role.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for patients, families, staff, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality administrative and customer service standards. Your responsibilities will include reception duties, managing correspondence, supporting clinical and management teams, and maintaining records and scheduling systems.

Key Duties

  • Provide high-level reception and administrative support
  • Prepare and distribute documents, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with bookings, data entry, records management, and invoicing
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
  • Support FOI and compliance-related tasks

About You

You’re an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of office systems and administration. You’re confident working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated clerical and customer service experience
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative software
  • Ability to manage confidential information sensitively
