WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

Join Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as the Facilities Coordinator for Kapunda Hospital on a temporary full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key coordination and leadership role, supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of hospital facilities. Working closely with the Corporate Operations Site Lead and Director of Nursing, you will play a critical role in ensuring buildings, plant, equipment, and grounds are maintained to a high standard, directly supporting clinical services, staff, and the local community.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, minor works and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Supervise facilities staff and manage contractor relationships to ensure timely, safe and compliant service delivery.
  • Support a safe healthcare environment by promoting and ensuring compliance with OHSW, fire safety, security and accreditation requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to prioritise works, manage risks and maintain service continuity across the site.
  • Will be required to participate in on-call roster
