Lead Regional Healthcare Coordination as the NEPHA Project Regional Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Regional Coordinator to enhance primary healthcare access across the Northern Eyre Peninsula by coordinating services, strengthening communication pathways, and supporting integration across six key communities.

In this pivotal role, you will manage regional service information, streamline referral and scheduling processes, foster strong partnerships with providers and councils, engage communities, support healthcare hub operations, and contribute to regional reporting, planning, and continuous improvement.

To best support the region, the successful applicant will preferably be located in Cowell, Cleve, Kimba, Wudinna, Elliston, or Streaky Bay.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in working in a community setting and undertaking community consultation and community development activities and preparing operational guidelines and/or procedures.
  • Experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing, maintaining and reviewing systems, practices, protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting, collating, analysing and reporting on data from a variety of sources.
